Buying a mobile home in Houston
Mobile Home Avenue sells new and pre-owned manufactured homes across Greater Houston, from Katy and Cypress to Conroe, Baytown and Pearland. We deliver and set up homes in Harris, Fort Bend, Montgomery, Brazoria, Galveston, Waller, Liberty and Chambers counties.
New manufactured homes are built in a factory to the federal HUD Code, and they usually cost less per square foot than a site-built house. Most of our buyers place the home on land they own or on a lot in a manufactured home community. Either way, we check the permits, flood map and wind zone for the address before the home is ordered.
