Mobile Home Avenue sells new and pre-owned manufactured homes across Greater Houston and Southeast Texas. We also do the work that comes after the sale: site prep, delivery, installation, skirting and steps, and warranty service.
Buying a home this way has a lot of moving parts, from lenders and county permits to transport and utility hookups. We coordinate them, so you deal with one company from the first visit to move-in day.

Pre-owned homes are listed with their year, size and condition, and we'll point out anything that needs work.
Licensed and accountable
Texas licenses manufactured home retailers and installers through the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA), and anyone can look up a license on the TDHCA website.
New manufactured homes are built to the federal HUD Code, and ownership of every manufactured home in Texas is recorded with TDHCA on a Statement of Ownership.
