We sell, deliver and set up mobile homes across Greater Houston and Southeast Texas.
We deliver to buyers in the counties and communities below. If your land is farther out, ask us. Delivery elsewhere in Texas is often possible.
HUD divides the country into wind zones for manufactured homes. Near Houston, Galveston, Brazoria, Chambers, Jefferson and Matagorda counties are in Wind Zone II, so a home placed there has to be built for that zone. Harris, Fort Bend, Montgomery, Waller and Liberty counties are in Wind Zone I.
Each home's wind zone is printed on its data plate. We make sure the home you pick matches your county before you order.

Every county around Houston has land in a mapped floodplain. If your lot is in one, the county or city floodplain administrator will require a permit and set how high the home must sit. You can look up any address on FEMA's flood map, and we check it before we plan the foundation.
More on permits, deed restrictions and utilities: can I put a manufactured home on my own land in Texas?
Send us your address and we'll tell you, along with what setup would involve.
